The group named Reamonn appeared in 1998 and since that has conquered the whole Europe and even a part of Russia with its incredible sound and beautiful lyric. However not so many people who have heard their music can claim they know who performs it. So, here they are.

Rea was born on the 3rd of May in Tralee (South Ireland). He's the only member of the team who comes not from Germany. He's got seven sisters whom he loves very much. "Likes to party � loves to play!" � people say about him. As a matter of fact he feels at home when he's on the scene, but nevertheless every time he has to give a performance he is very excited. He used to study management in Ireland and now he devotes himself fully to music. He's the most noticeable in Reamonn not only because he sings and writes lyric but also due to his unpredictable character and ability to tell plenty of incredible stories that make everybody laugh. At the same time nobody can tell you whether they are true or not. He said once that he didn't have a constant house � during his career he has to live in hotels in different cities, so now he almost doesn't know where his home is. He loves Hamburg as his girlfriend (who has recently become his wife) lives there. Another thing about him � if you ever want to ask him about his family just be ready to spend a great part of you life listening to the stories about them and don't interrupt.

Uwe plays the guitar. Actually, that might be the best characteristics of this funny and friendly guy because it's his sound that gives Reamonn's music one of its peculiarities due to his art playing the guitar. So, he was born on the 3rd of October. He comes from Bamberg. He studied at Freiburg University on specialisation of jazz guitarist. Before he came to Reamonn band he had played in a group named Blue Babies.
He enjoys music of AC/DC as it has always influenced him and he followed all steps of their creation. He's grateful to his family who always helped him to make a life of his own. "My father told me: If you want to make music, make it and don't distract to anything else. Their support � that what's the most important for me." Now he lives in Freiburg.
Once Uwe was asked how frequently he'd present flowers to his girlfriend in case he had an opportunity. He answered: "Every day". In general the guys treat him as a nice talented guitarist with a huge sence of humour and a really enourmous soul.

Phil is very enthusiastic and full of energy. He perfectly proves it being on the stage. He was born on 7th of May and comes from Freiburg. His instrument is bass and he really enjoys it. But it's not the only one musical intrumen he's able to play. When he was ten he began to study keabords and only at 16 bass. Beside that he can play counter-bass. He studied music in Freiburg and Munich� So, one can easily say that his life has always been devoted to this magical world of musical art. Before he met Reamonn and became a part of it he had played jazz in clubs, and from this point of view his career with guys opened up a new page of his life. Phil used to study German and Enlgish in Freiburg. The most fascinating feature of his character is that he's always in a good mood, ready to joke and will with pleasure talk about everything � he's communicative and always ready to support any discussion. When he was asked about his sweetest dream, he said that he'd be happy if Reamonn stayed Reamonn at least for fifteen years. He dreams of full halls and crowded stadiums shouting the name of his band. Anyway � he's sure that someday it will definitely happen.

Sebi now lives in Munzingen, a town not far from Freiburg. He was born on the 7th of August and comes from Bodensee (as well as Mike). He studied classical saxophone and now with the help of beautiful sounds of this instrument brings in the music of Reamonn that specialty and charm many people love the band for.
Another his instrument is synthesizer and during the performance it's absolutely impossible not to keep your eyes on him as his art of playing this instument is really fantastic � he is likely to forget anything but his keyboard. Out of the stage he's a simple handsome guy who can carry you away with long talkings and honest smile. Playing in Reamonn is the thing he appreciates most of all in this life. He's sure that he couldn't ever find better musicians. They are sincere � and that's the most important. After all, he enjoys that complicated combination of sounds and rhythms that the guys produce and the beautiful Rea's vocals that perfectly suits it.
Each song is not just a track of the album � it's a separate sincere story and each of them lives its own life. That's really important for Sebi.

Gomezz (or Mike, as they call him) was born on 25th of September. He comes from Bodensee. Mike was the one who founded the band in September 1998. Actually he's still living in that town the guys started their activity as a band from, in Stockach.
He really enjoys tennis and music. He's famous for his enormous collection of CDs and LPs (people say it counts more than 10000 copies including vinyl ones). Once he was standing on a tennis court and heard one of Prince's songs "Purple Rain". Right at this moment he realized that music was the only thing he wanted to be involved in.
So, he's now a drummer of Reamonn and very pleased with that fact. Indeed, that tough, energetic and appealing to the soul drum sounds are the inpresciptible part of the band's image. It's hard to believe he hasn't study drums particularly, but, on the other hand, maybe this fact helps him to produce these wonderful sounds that keep you listening to Reamonn's music like you've been enchanted.
